God Subcontracts Total Surveillance to NSA-Booz

Satire by Daniel Rigney
When I was a kid, I was pretty sure that God and my deceased grandmother in heaven could see everything I did, including things I did in the bathroom. God heard everything, saw everything, knew everything. God was the ultimate Panopticon.
Now I read in the pixels that God may be outsourcing the job of total global surveillance to the U.S.-based global firm NSA-Booz, a secrecy-shrouded government/corporate partnership which, according to one insider, is “intent on making every conversation and every form of behaviour in the world known to them.”
From one possible theological perspective, God’s outsourcing of Earthly oversight to digitized U.S.-based public/private surveillance systems shows considerable divine faith in the growing wisdom and stature of what former president Dwight D. Eisenhower called the “military-industrial complex.” That's a lot more faith in the MIC than I have.
Let’s pray that this transfer of surveillance power has God’s bounteous blessing and will never be corrupted or abused by NSA-Booz or any other government/corporate entity or corporate state.
Let's also hope that surveillance systems don't evolve into something that makes the current NSA system look like two tin cans connected by a string.
Your prayers may now be monitored for quality assurance.
